Holmbush brings Tesco Extra, Marks & Spencer and Next together on Upper Shoreham Road in Shoreham-by-Sea. It suits a trip built around supermarket shopping, clothes or homeware, with the larger stores providing the main reasons to visit.

There is no single shop timetable to use for the whole centre. Tesco’s late opening is different from M&S and Next, and Sunday hours need particular attention.

What can you buy at Holmbush?

Tesco provides the supermarket and a range of additional services. Its official listing includes a pharmacy and petrol station, but those operate to their own schedules. A late supermarket visit should not be taken as confirmation that the pharmacy will still be open.

M&S lists food, clothing, home and beauty departments. Next’s Shoreham store page identifies menswear, womenswear, children’s clothing and home departments, as well as collection services. Check stock or order collection directly before making a special trip.

These are the hours advertised when checked on 20 October 2026. Seasonal and bank-holiday changes may apply. M&S explicitly separates its Sunday browsing period from trading; Next’s listing does not make that distinction clear.

How to get to Holmbush

Address: Upper Shoreham Road, Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex, BN43 6TD

For driving directions, use the centre’s Upper Shoreham Road address and follow the signed customer-parking entrances. Check the signs in the parking area you use for the permitted stay and any registration requirements. A verified current centre-wide maximum stay was not available in the sources checked.

The Holmbush Centre bus-stop page lists Brighton & Hove services 2 and 46. Use the operator’s journey planner for the particular day and direction, including the return trip. Live departure pages are more useful for travel than a copied timetable that may become out of date.

If arriving in Shoreham by train, plan the onward journey to Holmbush separately. The centre address is on Upper Shoreham Road; do not assume it is beside the station or the High Street shops.

Access and quieter shopping

Tesco’s store information lists automatic doors, Blue Badge parking, a hearing loop and seating. It also advertises quieter hours on Wednesdays and Saturdays, 9am–10am. These details apply to Tesco rather than establishing the facilities or quieter hours of every Holmbush store.

For a visit depending on particular access arrangements, check the retailer’s own page or contact the store. M&S lists its Shoreham telephone number as 01273 871091.

Before you go

Check Sunday times carefully

M&S allows browsing from 10am before trading begins at 10.30am. Other stores advertise different hours. Plan purchases and collections around the individual store, not a single Holmbush opening time.

Questions before you visit

Is Tesco open 24 hours?

The current store page lists opening at 6am and closing at midnight on weekdays, 10pm on Saturday and 4pm on Sunday. It does not advertise 24-hour supermarket trading.

Can I assume parking is unrestricted?

No. Check the signs where you park. This guide does not claim an unlimited free stay or apply one unverified limit to every parking area.
