Adding an activity to your shopping trip

Mindworks Escape Rooms is listed within the centre, offering an activity to plan around rather than a shop to browse. Check its own availability and requirements before visiting. Similarly, hair, beauty, fitness and other appointment-based businesses may operate differently from ordinary retail units.

For a wider shopping trip, the council places Warwick Street, Chapel Road and South Street a short walk from the adjoining High Street car park. Montague Street is approximately five minutes away at its estimate.

How to get to the Guildbourne Centre

Address: 42 Guildbourne Centre, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1LZ

By car, follow signs for the High Street multi-storey. It joins the centre, but its parking terms are separate from the opening hours of the shops. The council’s Worthing travel page links to current car-park details and a location map.

Worthing station is the council’s recommended station for the town centre. It estimates around 15 minutes on foot to the heart of town; use the map to plan the final route to Guildbourne. Stagecoach, Compass Travel and Metrobus are among the operators linked from the council’s bus information.

The council also identifies a cycle hub at High Street car park and cycle parking around the town centre. Check any membership or access arrangements for secure hubs before relying on them.

Opening hours and access needs

The centre advertises Monday-to-Saturday hours of 8am–6pm, with shorter Sunday and bank-holiday Monday hours. Individual businesses can open later or close earlier. Its published annual closures are Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and Easter Sunday.

For specific access needs, contact centre management on 01903 207327. The directory and general opening information do not establish the accessibility of every business, entrance or activity.

Before you go

Check the business as well as the building

An open shopping centre does not guarantee that every shop, clinic, gym or activity is operating. Book appointments and activities directly, and check the entrance you should use.
