County Mall brings fashion, homeware, cafés and everyday services together in Crawley town centre. Primark, Next and River Island are among the larger names, while the railway station opposite and bus station beside the mall make it straightforward to visit without a car.
This guide includes a searchable shop directory, a location map and practical information for planning your visit. If you are driving, check the collection deadline before staying in town for the evening. The car parks close overnight.
Before you go
Individual businesses may keep different hours from the centre. Bank holidays and special events can also affect opening times.
County Mall opening times
The centre’s published shopping hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday and 10.30am to 4.30pm on Sunday. Check the shop’s own page if you need a particular service or collection.
County Mall shops: searchable directory
The table covers all 73 entries in County Mall’s online directory when checked, including food outlets, services and leisure businesses. It counts directory entries rather than individual units or concessions. Costa, for example, has two locations under one listing.
Search for a shop name or a category such as footwear, beauty or food. Select a linked name for the official business information, or change the number of entries shown to browse more of the list.

How to get to County Mall
Address: County Mall Shopping Centre, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 1FP. For centre enquiries, call 01293 611975.
Open County Mall in Google Maps for directions. Drivers should choose the appropriate car-park entrance below.
By train
Crawley railway station on Station Way is across the road from the shopping centre. Three Bridges is a different station and requires an onward walk or bus journey. Check which station your train serves before setting off.
By bus, on foot or by bicycle
Crawley bus station is on Friary Way beside the mall. Use Metrobus to check routes and departure times. The nearest taxi rank is also by the bus station.
The centre can be reached on foot from the surrounding town-centre shopping streets. County Mall’s travel information also links to West Sussex’s cycle journey planner.

Parking entrances, charges and closing times
Enter the North car park from Southgate Avenue or the South car park from Station Way. Both have a 2m height limit.
| Stay | Charge |
|---|---|
| Up to two hours | £2.70 |
| Up to four hours | £3.70 |
| Up to eight hours | £5.50 |
| Up to 12 hours | £8 |
| Up to 24 hours | £12 |
Access hours are 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday, and 10am to 5pm on Sunday. A 24-hour tariff does not mean round-the-clock access. Vehicles cannot be collected while the car parks are closed.
Parking uses number-plate recognition and card payments. Cash is not accepted. Both parks have accessible and parent-and-child bays, and the South car park has eight EV charging bays. Check County Mall’s parking information for current charges and terms.
Accessibility, toilets and family facilities
Automatic entrance doors and lifts provide access to the shopping floors and car parks. Blue Badge holders must still pay parking charges. The County Mall accessibility guide sets out the arrangements.
Toilets, accessible toilets and baby-changing facilities are on the Lower Mall by the Memorial Gardens entrance and on the Upper Mall beside the food court. The Ryan Box Changing Places facility is outside the centre, by the bus station and Metrobus travel shop on Friary Way.
County Mall does not offer wheelchair hire. Its visitor services page directs customers to Clearwell Mobility on Queensway. Arrange any equipment with the provider before travelling.
Can you take dogs into County Mall?
Assistance and service dogs, including those in training, are welcome. Pet dogs are not permitted in the general shopping areas. Esquires welcomes well-behaved dogs through its external entrance, which does not provide permission to take a pet through the mall.
