Langney Shopping Centre brings supermarket shopping, charity shops, food outlets and everyday services together on Kingfisher Drive in Eastbourne. Tesco, Iceland and Home Bargains are among its listed businesses, while the community library and gym make it useful for more than a shopping trip.

Its car park is free, but the time limit matters. A four-hour maximum stay applies, with camera monitoring and no return within one hour.

Shopping at Langney

The shopping directory combines food shopping with household goods, cards, books and charity retailers. It includes Raystede, British Heart Foundation, Marie Curie and Age Concern, alongside Meats & More and travel services. It is a useful collection for everyday errands, rather than a directory dominated by fashion chains.

Shops and services

Listings from Langney’s shopping, food and leisure directories, checked on 20 October 2026. Businesses appearing in more than one section are shown once.

Places to eat and things to do

The separate food and drink listings include Str/eat Greek, Tony Piccante, Churchill’s Fish and Chips, Domino’s, Costa Coffee and the Kingfisher Pub. Windmills Cafe & Bakery appears in both the shopping and food sections.

Langney Community Library and Snap Fitness feature in the leisure and services directory, along with hair, beauty, dental and childcare businesses. Check individual booking requirements before combining an appointment or activity with a shopping visit. A listing does not mean an appointment is available on arrival.

How to get to Langney Shopping Centre

Address: 64 Kingfisher Drive, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN23 7RT

Drivers should use the Kingfisher Drive address, rather than heading to Eastbourne’s town-centre shops. The centre’s visitor page links to Stagecoach timetables for bus journeys. Search for Langney Shopping Centre and check the return service as well as your outward journey.

The centre also identifies an on-site taxi pick-up and drop-off point. For a journey involving a railway connection, plan the onward leg to Kingfisher Drive; this guide does not treat Langney as a station-adjacent shopping centre.

Parking rules

The centre says its parking policy changed on 1 July 2026. The current parking information specifies free parking for four hours, with automatic number-plate recognition and no return within one hour. Allow for all the time your vehicle is on site when combining shopping with a meal or appointment.

Before you go

The published office hours are not shop hours

The visitor page’s 9am–5pm hours refer to the management office. Check Tesco, Iceland, your café or other chosen business directly for trading hours, including Sundays and bank holidays.

Planning a visit with access needs

Call the centre on 01323 761730 if your visit depends on a particular entrance, accessible toilet or other facility. Confirm individual access arrangements with the centre before travelling.
