Lighthouse Family have added a Brighton Centre concert on Friday 5 March 2027 to their tour revisiting Ocean Drive and the duo’s best-known songs.
The venue says the Sussex date has been added following demand for the tour. General sale opens at 9.30am on Friday 30 October 2026, with the show joining a March itinerary across the UK and Ireland.

The voices and songs behind Lighthouse Family
Lighthouse Family pairs singer Tunde Baiyewu with songwriter, keyboard player and producer Paul Tucker. The partnership began in Newcastle in the early 1990s, before the release of their debut album Ocean Drive in 1995.
That record introduced songs including Lifted, Ocean Drive and Goodbye Heartbreak. Its success was followed by Postcards From Heaven in 1997, home to High, Raincloud and Lost In Space.
The Brighton announcement describes a concert drawing on the debut and favourites from the wider catalogue. It gives audiences a clear starting point for what is being celebrated without promising a fixed running order.
What has Tunde done outside the duo?
Baiyewu also has a substantial solo career. His official biography records the release of Tunde in 2004 and Diamond In A Rock in 2013. Lighthouse Family subsequently reunited for Blue Sky In Your Head in 2019, their first album in 18 years.
More recently, Baiyewu toured with Gabrielle in 2025 and released Rain To A Rainbow. The 2027 Brighton date is specifically billed as Lighthouse Family, rather than one of his solo performances.
